| I am used to receiving instructions from solicitors, estate agents, letting agents and landlords. As a residential landlord myself I am also used to dealing with letting agents and their tenants, and am flexible with arranging times for the site visit, including Saturdays and Sundays which is often more convenient to customers. I charge £65 (no vat) per EPC for all properties covering most of the South Wales area, with discounts for quantity instructions.
