Local Estate agents within a 15 mile radius around Northwich Cheshire could be supplied with our EPCs at the bargain price of £70 no VAT , for any sized property if you make us your preferred DEAs .
Property developers , Independant House Sales or Investor Landlords wishing to market their property for lletting can get an EPC done by us for a fair price of £70 no VAT for any sized property or we can negotiate a good rate for regular work.
Home Information Packs can be arranged by a quick phone call and a form filled in at the time of the Domestic Energy Survey visit to your property. We are in partnership with a couple of qualified insurance backed Home Information Pack providers who do the searches for us and we add our EPC to complete the pack.
HIPs are at a bargain starting price of £245 no VAT for a freehold property with no complications.
