EPCs for homes with up to 4 bedrooms for £50. Each additional bedroom = £10. This price is inclusive of V.A.T, expenses and Landmark registration fees. The RRN will be sent to your specified email address. If you are able to provide 5 or more instructions per week then there will be a reduction in cost.
