We are Home Information Pack (HIP) providers and also complete both the mandatory Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and optional Home Condition Reports (HCR) and Home Condition Surveys (HCS)
We are located in Kendal, Cumbria and complete inspections in Cumbria and Lancashire and North Yorkshire. We can also provide HIPs throughout the country. We will arrange to undertake your reports at a specified time and ensure they are completed by a confirmed date.

The reports will be completed by a qualified Home Inspector / Energy Assessor, who has completed a level 4 diploma and is a member of the SAVA certification scheme. |
