 This is my first article on this web site. Following my reading of the posted articles about Hips and Energy assessor jobs i thought i my put some information here.

 In order to sale your HIPs and EPC producing services just do below points then you will never be a short of work

1)  Go to yell.com and search under name of property surveyors in your area and email to all of them about your services. Reason they have been in property business before you and they get all this type of enquiries through big estate agents and property auctioneers. Offer your services to them. Let them charge what they want to their clients and you charge them what you think is best price for you knowing market prices.

2) If your are Hip provider again go to yell.com search under name of property Solicitors in your area and send them email and tell them all about your services and what you can do for them. Reason Solicitors are property professionals and they have been in the market before you have make a deals with big property companies and estate agents. Tell them like Do your Own hips as you know they can do it but they can't do it with out you as a Energy assessor. Reason they provide their own hips and you supply the EPC.

3) You can supply the Full HIPs if you want and have a time to go to council offices or there is companies where you can buy the HIP plus your EPC then you have got a full HIP to sale.
