Just a quick post to say thank you to Manuel for his help with a link from my website to my DEA local listing.

I have gained alot of help with getting to grips with website technicalities from yourself and the informative help that you provide on your website.

I have just recently swaped one link with a DEA local member thanks to your exchanging link article, with hopefully more to come. Once again thanks.

I hope more DEAs will start exchanging links between them, at them moment it seems a bit slow. I don't understand that some people has spent loads in a website yet do nothing to promote it.

Try Google Adwords. I've been using this for 2 months now and I'm getting traffic to my site. I've seen a big increase since last Wednesday 1st October.

You can set a budget limit - its worth a try. I've had 3 calls for work since the 1st. One a day and 2 resulting directly in business. This is from a total of 8 calls in the last 3 months - so most people (as usual) have left getting an EPC to the very last minute ( I'm talking about landlords rather than sellers).
