We work closely with our selected local partners offering a cost effective, fast turn a round for Home Information Packs (HIPs), usually 5 to 7 days subject to no irregularities.
The benefit of ordering your pack from Bournemouth Energy is our Home Information Packs (HIPs) and our Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are totally independent. You are not tied into a contract or dictated to by any other company regarding the HIP.
If you have been recommended to us by an estate agent, the pack you receive will still be totally independent.
As soon as the pack has been ordered we will send a certificate to your estate agent to allow them to legally start marketing your property.
