| E-Hipack understand the need to have a Home Information Pack produced quickly and efficiently when a property first comes to market. We have our own in house Energy Assessors so can ensure that the Energy Performance Certificate is made available within 3 working days of receipt of instructions. This then allows the Estate Agent to prepare the particulars of sale and market the property without delay. We also make it our goal to source the searches and the land Registry title documents on the day that we receive instructions. Once we have the necessary components to produce the Home Information Pack we work with our clients to produce a white labelled product incorporating their logo and such other information about their company as they request. Each of our packs are tailor made to our client's specific requirements. We are able to provide the Home Information Pack on CD-Rom and as a .pdf download. If required we can also provide one or more bound hard copies as well. |
