As a qualified energy assessor, I am trained to survey, inspect, report and produce EPCs for both commercial properties and existing dwellings.
It is my aim to produce an EPC, together with any recommendations to improve the carbon efficiency of the property, within 24 hours of carrying out the inspection. I am fully insured with Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance.
