We offer a same day Marketing HIP so once you give us your instructions, we will immediately notify your Estate Agent that the Home Information Pack or Energy Assessment has been ordered. They can begin Marketing your property the same day, so there are no hold-ups or delays in getting your house on sale.
We will agree a convenient time with you for the Energy Assessment. This involves a 60 minute survey of your home by an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor. The assessor will need to gain access to your heating and hot-water systems, and also to your attic/roof-space. Energy Performance Certificate's will be ready the same day.
Once compiled, we will send electronic copies of the Home Information Pack and Energy Performance Certificate both to you and your Estate Agent, and also to your solicitor if required.
