My name is Carl McGrath and my background has predominantly been within the oil and energy industry for over 25 years working in various roles including General Manager and Managing Director. I have also been actively involved with deregulation of the Utility markets for electric, gas, telephone & Water over 10 years ago. I have experience in tariff analysis within the utility industries.
