Energy Performance Certificate
Dear Sir,
You may be aware that from 1st October, 2008 all “To Let” properties must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before it is rented. An EPC report is not valid unless it has been produced by Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) who is licensed by a government-approved scheme, and also that certificate has been entered on the national Central Register of EPCs.
I am writing to introduce my services to your organisation. I am a qualified Home Inspector and Elmhurst Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor, government approved, certified and fully insured to produce Energy Performance Certificates. I am a small, friendly and efficient operator. I will assure you of my utmost professional attention at all times. I aim to serve my principals 24/7. If availed the opportunity to service your organisation, I look forward to a mutually beneficial and long lasting business relationship.
Being a small friendly operator our rates are very competitive which is £60 per EPC as compare to present market rate and are very much open to further price negotiations depends on work volume.
Briefly, the purpose of the EPC is to inform home sellers and prospective buyers about the home’s energy efficiency, using an A to G ratings like those used to rate domestic appliances. Expressed on a scale of 1 to 100, the ratings take into account, amongst others, factors such as the homes heating system, insulation, roof, walls, construction, windows, extensions, floor area and conservatories.
Please do contact me to arrange a mutually convenient time for us to meet so that we may discuss potential future business face to face in the first instance. I await most eagerly your response.
Yours sincerely
Ejaz Hussain
