I work as a full time DEA and can undertake instructions anywhere within The North West. I can provide a HIP Code compliant HIP and full Inventory Clerking Service.  I have currently completed over eleven hundred EPCs and am very experienced in providing accurate reports for all types and ages of property ranging from modern townhouses and apartments to farmhouses dating back to the seventeenth century. Reports can be completed within a maximum of twenty four hours of the appointment. Most reports can be completed within twelve hours of undertaking the survey. I employ an office manager who has full responsibility for managing the administration and finance, leaving me to focus solely on producing reports. Depending on location I have completed up to six surveys in one day.
