Our company has a team of fully accredited & qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA’s) who have been working in the industry since the inception of Home Information Packs (HIP's) We have worked around the North East and North West and have to date, completed over 15,000 EPC's between us working for Reeds Rains, other independent estate agents and numerous Housing Associations e.g. Yorkshire Housing, Great Places, Salix, New Prospect, Great Places, Salford Housing, Ashiana just to name a few.
We pride ourselves in the exceptional service we give our clients and ensure we act as excellent ambassadors at all times. As expected, our turnaround times are very quick and upon instruction we will contact the client to agree appointment times and, subject to requirements, are able to provide the flexibility of evening and weekend surveys.
We have looked at the average prices been charged in the market place for HIPS/EPC’s and have ensured total competitiveness in our pricing structure. Our Hips are registered with the HIP Code (Property Code Compliance Board), carry £2 million in indemnity insurance, Accredited with BRE, All Energy Assessors are ABBE approved, we are a limited company and generate HIPs and EPC’s (Home Information Packs+ Energy Performance Certificate) throughout England and Wales.
