- North West coverage from Blackpool down to Cheshire, and from the Wirral across to east Manchester (Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport etc)

- 1 - 5 Bedroom = £40 flat fee
- 6+ Bedroom = £50 flat fee
- Discount price for multiple EPC’s
- Same day appointments available on request
