I trained and qualified through ABBE (Awarding Body for the Built Environment) and I am accredited with Elmhurst Energy Systems Limited, a leading energy rating organisation.
I produce EPCs or using the full name, Energy Performance Certificates for Domestic properties that are being sold or rented.
I am primarily based in Wood Green North London and the areas I cover are North, East and Central London and South Essex.
My goal is produce EPCs quickly for my clients with minimal fuss.
The survey for an average 3 bed house should take me approximately one hour to complete and you will receive your certificate by email within 24 hours. If you you require a hard copy this will be in the post to you the next day or if possible I will hand deliver this to you.
