My name is Kate and I'm a DEA working in North London. I have 3 years experience as an assessor and have recently expanded my services by also offering Floor Plans and Inventories, (I've even been known to take photos as well, should you need some!)
I'm very customer focused and am always happy to meet vendors, landlords and tenants at the property and try to answer any questions they may have, and equally happy nipping in and out of estate agents and being left to my own devices. I am always utterly repectful and descreet and appreciate the various needs of different clients - I am as comfortable in a studio flat as I am in a 10 bed mansion.
