DEA Partners are Domestic Energy Assessors based in Alexandra Park, North London. We are accredited with the NHER government approved accreditation scheme.
We provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) for home owners, solicitors, estate agents and residential landlords.
We cover the Greater London (inner M25) area and the northern London suburbs (ie outer M25 postcodes).
We will usually try to arrange an appointment to inspect the property on instruction. The appointment will be as soon as possible subject to the convenience of the home owner. We can survey in the evening at weekends if neccessary.
We will usually provide the EPC within 2 working days of completing the inspection. This will be sent by e mail with the asset rating energy graph as well as the Report Reference Number (RRN) of the EPC to enable its retrieval on the Landmark national EPC register (www.hcrregister.com).
