 We are a small energy surveying practice based in Greenwich, that operates all over the south east London area and I am pleased to tell you more about us and our business.   Andrew and I are property professionals who have a combined 30 years of experience in residential property. We are NHER (National Home Energy Ratings) trained and accredited to undertake surveys for EPC’s. A number of local estate and letting agents already use our services and we can provide references to corroborate the high standard of service we offer.   Some aspects of our service which make us better than large EPC and HIP providers:
  • We only work in the local area and therefore have superior knowledge of the local housing stock.
  • Our size means we can offer a more reliable and personal service than larger HIP and EPC providers (there are no call centres at GES).
  • We are polite, well dressed and have good people skills. This means you can send us out to meet your clients without fear of being let down.
  •  By working locally we keep our carbon footprint to a minimum. When possible we use the public transport network to arrive at our appointments.
  • We are also able to conduct energy audits and give advice on a wide range of energy saving installations.
