Home Condition Reports (HCR) - for sellers who wish to provide an objective statement of their property as part of the HIP.
Home Condition Surveys (HCS) - on behalf of buyers, wishing to assure themselves as to a property condition before entering a contract.
Home Information Pack (HIP). A compulsary document for most homes on the market in England and Wales.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). A legal requirement for any property being marketed for sale or rent.
Energy and Property Surveys are based in Whiston, Merseyside and carry out EPC’S, HCR’S and HCS’S throughout the whole of the Northwest area and aim to have your completed report / survey available to you within 5 working days from the inspection taking place.
* EPC’S will be available within 48 hours of the assessment being carried out.
* HIP’s -Nationwide coverage.
* HIP’s will be available to view online within 10 working days from application.
All Energy assessments, reports and surveys are carried out by a qualified, accredited and insured Home Inspector who has gained a level 4 diploma in home inspection and is regulated by the SAVA Home Inspector registration scheme.
