Energy Performance Certificate for Landlords

I have been in the lettings industry for over 7 years so I understand the pressure new legislation can put on Landlords.  No sooner do you get used to one (the deposit scheme being the latest one) along comes another.

From October this year Landlords will not be able to market their property for renting without having had an EPC issued.  The good news is that the government are currently saying that these will last for 10 years.
