I have worked as a Building Surveyor for various Local Authories and also as an Architectural Technician since graduating with a BSc. Hons Building Conservation Management from Nottingham Trent University in 2000. Prior to this I worked as a Bricklayer/Builder from the 1970's. Therefore I think I can claim to be well experienced in asssessing residential property.
I charge £ 50.00 for an EPC but, this may be more if greater than 4 bedrooms and if mileage is over 25 miles. I do not charge VAT. |
