Raymond Babb 23 years technical experience in the saving energy. Prior to forming Axction Energy Ltd in 2007 Ray  has successfully applied his energy efficiency knowledge to a number of different industrial sectors and this includes working for the Carbon Trust and Energy Saving Trust. Ray is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor able to test the energy efficiency of buildings in order to suggest how it can be improved. Ray has also has gained first hand experience of energy auditing of industrial process in the UK, Russia and China. He has designed and delivered presentations and practical energy efficiency workshops to industry, from shop floor to senior management covering both management and technical issues. This included Building Management systems (BEMS) sophisticated approaches to saving energy using Monitoring & Targeting (M&T) techniques.
