Who are we?
E8Surveys was born in June 2007 We have over 5 years of experience in Environmental Consultancy and are used to dealing with various property portfolios. We are fully accredited by Elmhurst Energy Systems a government approved accreditation bodie.
My surveyors all have full PI/PL insurance covered through Elmhurst Energy Systems.

We can offer you a personal service due to our location, Oxford/Truro along with a professional service which is backed up by 5 years previous experience. I believe we can save you money by offering you very competitive rate which we can provide due to our low overheads.
We can provide you with Energy Performance Certificates, Floor plans, & Home Information Packs.
How will we achieve your goal?
E8 have a team of local Domestic Energy Assessors’ ready to be deployed to carry out all your Energy Performance Certificates from the individual home to the large portfolio
I will be your point of contact thus ensuring any issues are dealt with efficiently and professionally. We will issue reports for every property within three days of survey.
