The Little HIP Company is Somerset’s leading
independent Home Information Pack (HIP) provider located in Ilchester.
We provide HIPs and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) primarily
throughout Somerset & North Dorset but are able to cover other areas by arrangement.
Commisioning your HIP through the Little HIP Company not only saves you
money it puts you in charge of the sale process. Owning your own HIP
gives you the freedom to market the property yourself or change estate
agents without incurring additional costs or delay.
The Little HIP Company is able to offer the full HIP or individual
components such as a separate Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
The Little HIP Company has its own in house Domestic Energy Assessors
(DEA’s) who carry out the energy assessment and are fully conversant
with HIP legislation. All staff are fully accredited and CRB checked.
We do not sell any other products and will not pass your contact
details on to any other company. We accept payment by cheque or paypal
via our website.
