I offer Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) or a comprehensive Inventory Report for £55. As this stands it is a good price, especially considering that the price does not increase for the larger properties.

Also, if you require an EPC and Inventory to be conducted on the same property at the same time then you can have both for only £75.
HOME INFORMATION PACKS
I also provide Home Information Packs (HIP) for £230 (£250 leasehold). The service includes order confirmation and an online tracking service.
COMPLIANCE
There is no VAT to pay on any of my services. My HIPs are compiled with verification from the Independent Pack Providers Association (IPPA) and are accepted everywhere. My EPCs are produced by myself (qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor), and my Inventories are fully compliant with the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) Guidelines to Professional Practise and Code of Practise. I am fully insured with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
