My name is Denis Bedson (Dip)DEA. I am based in Stoke-On-Trent. I provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) for local estate agents, letting agents and private and social landlords.
I also carry out domestic energy assessments on behalf of Architects and engineering companies. The type of work I do on there behalf are barn conversions and large properties which have had major restoration and this type of work will take me all over the country.
I aim to complete a EPC in 24 hours or less.
