You need to know that the reports produced are accurate and professional. I trained in the full Home Inspector qualification, which is a level 4 Diploma and not just in the level 3 Diploma DEA lower qualification. This means I have greater knowledge and training in all aspects of home surveying and gives you peace of mind that the reports I produce are of the highest standard and accuracy. EPC's are produced in 24 hours of the survey. Hips come complete with the EPC and take 7 - 10 days.
