EPC Services is based near the Worthing area of Sussex and covers residential and rental properties in East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey. The areas covered can be extended further if required. As a new and growing business, I can adjust the offerings to meet your targets ensuring your requirements are fully met.
I am a fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor having trained at the Energy Assessor College in Reading to ABBE Level 3 and hold all Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance. I have passed Criminal Record Bureau Checks which ensure you are provided with a professional service throughout the assessment process.

· Ensure the energy reports that are produced will be of high quality and delivered within tight timescales and at a competitive price.
· Take all reasonable care in avoiding injury to any persons or damage to property.
· Treat all persons and clients with respect, courtesy, honesty and openness.
· Endeavour to answer any questions in a clear, timely and non technical fashion provided they are within the knowledge and experience of EPC Services.
· Undertake all reasonable measures to safeguard the health, safety and security of self and the service receiver.
· Not discriminate in the treatment of people because of their race, colour, belief, sex, age or disability.
· Comply with all legal requirements as regards the format of reports and their methods of storage.
· Prepare, compile and file the documents or reports in full compliance with the legislation and best practice guidance of the government, enacted legislation or certification body.
· Maintain such documents for a period of not less than 15 years in a good and accessible condition.
· Make reports available to any persons with a legitimate and legal reason to access them.
· Dress in a smart but practical manner so as to carry out the functions efficiently and with all necessary equipment to hand and in good working order.
· Bring to the notice of the service receiver any actual or perceived conflict of interest between the service provider and any other person or organisation.
· Provide objective, impartial, informative and balanced reports.
· Seek to avoid the use of speculation, ambiguity, jargon, vague, subjective and open ended statements.
